CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
We teach core strengthening exercises and functional movements; meaning movements you use in your everyday life such as lifting, pushing, pulling, etc. We teach you how to do them safely and effectively. We do body weight exercises such as squats, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and use equipment including kettlebells, medicine balls, and rowing machines. Workouts are done at high intensity for metabolic conditioning. The workouts are always varied which keeps it exciting and new each time you come.
